Everyone says that eating cheese late at night gives you nightmares - well let's find out! All that we ask is that you join the trial, and while it's going, whenever you have a late night snack, you report whether you had nightmares the next morning. Couldn't be simpler! After you join, we'll randomise you into either the "Cheese-eating group" or the "No Cheese for me" group!

It´s necessary to determine how many grams of cheese we need to eat and also what type of cheese, different cheese had different quantities of fat. -Hypothesizing that high fat and high calorie snacks at night could be the responsible for the nightmares and dyspepsia.

Need a uniform amount of time between eating and sleep as well. Is cheese at dinner (say 7 PM) and then bed at 9 considered to be cheese before bed?

Shouldn't we be randomized multiple times on different nights, perhaps at the moment we are ready for our midnight snack? Then report nightmares or not in the morning?
