Instructions for the two groups

Instructions for Group A

Drink a cup of caffinated coffee everyday for a week and rate your tiredness after 3 hours.

Instructions for Group B

Drink a cup of decaffinated coffee everyday for a week and rate tiredness after 3 hours.
